Process

Over the years, I have refined my Agile approach to uncover critical friction points and deliver user-centered, goal-driven projects that create measurable business impact. My process combines proven project management methodologies with modern AI and automation tools to ensure efficient execution and successful outcomes.
01
Identify
I start by understanding your vision, requirements, and success metrics. Through stakeholder interviews and analysis using Miro boards and JIRA epics, we discover what truly matters for your project.
02
Plan
With clear objectives in place, I create a prioritized backlog in JIRA and set up our Agile framework. We'll map the journey in Notion and establish how we'll work together using ClickUp for timeline management. At this stage we gather all artifacts possible.
03
Execute
I lead and participate with cross-functional teams through iterative sprints, facilitating Agile ceremonies via Slack and Zoom while using n8n to automate routine tasks and notifications across platforms.
04
Identify
Using innovative dashboards and Notion-Slack integrated reporting, I provide real-time transparency on progress and quickly identify any issues that need addressing.
05
Plan
Through continuous improvement cycles tracked in JIRA, I refine processes and implement feedback using automation workflows to streamline operations and enhance the final outcome.
06
Execute
I ensure smooth handover with proper documentation in Notion, training sessions via Loop, and support for operational teams using Google Workspace, positioning your project for long-term success.
01
Identify
I start with identifying and specifying all components of the project. This process entails examining the client's purpose and requirements, developing user personas, researching competitors and the market, etc.
02
Design
I begin to envision the project's visual story. I begin by planning, researching and designing concepts that will aid in the creation of a pleasurable and easy-to-use interface and experience that functions as a problem solver.
03
Deliver
When the design is accepted and approved by the client at the conclusion of the project, I collaborate with developers to ensure that reality fits the concept/idea.
